Welcome to Cartlex, a revolutionary digital service suite built and managed by Limitlex Technologies to streamline commerce, logistics, healthcare access, and food delivery. As a user-centric ecosystem, Cartlex is committed to offering a secure, convenient, and innovative interface that connects buyers, vendors, and delivery partners through integrated modules.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Limitlex Technologies regarding the use of Cartlex services, applications, and platforms, including www.gocartlex.com and our suite of mobile applications.

Platform Modules

Cartlex operates through five specialized modules, each offering a unique category of service designed for speed, convenience, and marketplace trust:

Cartlex Food: A robust platform for ordering cooked meals from certified restaurants and home chefs, with real-time order tracking and ratings.
Cartlex Parcel: A flexible, reliable logistics network for sending and receiving packages with same-day pickup and drop-off support.
Cartlex Mart: A comprehensive e-commerce environment for general merchandise including electronics, fashion, home supplies, and essentials.
Cartlex Pharmacy: A legally compliant pharmaceutical platform offering both over-the-counter and prescription medications in partnership with verified pharmacies.
Cartlex Fresh: A farm-to-home fresh produce service delivering vegetables, fruits, meats, and perishables sourced from vetted vendors and cooperatives.

Platform Access via Applications

Cartlex can be accessed via three official applications. Each is designed to serve distinct user categories while ensuring seamless interoperability:

Cartlex App: Our core consumer app for browsing vendors, placing orders, and tracking delivery statuses across modules.
Cartlex Sales: Our vendor control center for managing inventory, processing orders, receiving payments, and communicating with customers.
Cartlex Rider: Our logistics interface for registered dispatch riders to access, accept, and execute delivery tasks in real time.

Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age or provide verifiable parental/guardian consent to create an account or use Cartlex services. By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate and updated personal or business details;
Safeguard your account credentials and restrict third-party access;
Assume responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.

User Responsibilities

As a registered user of Cartlex, you must adhere to the platform’s acceptable use standards. Users are strictly prohibited from:

Engaging in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or multiple account manipulation;
Spreading false information, offensive content, or engaging in any activity that damages our brand or other users;
Interfering with delivery processes or threatening vendors, staff, or riders;
Using Cartlex to conduct any unlawful, discriminatory, or unethical practice.

Violations of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension, transaction termination, and possible legal consequences.

Vendor Expectations

Vendors listed on Cartlex through the Cartlex Sales app are contractually obligated to:

Ensure that all listings are truthful, descriptive, and priced accurately;
Update inventory regularly and process orders within stated timeframes;
Comply with local and federal laws including, but not limited to, taxation, quality control, and NAFDAC/NIPRD regulations (for pharmaceuticals);
Provide efficient and respectful customer service, including after-sales support, returns, and dispute resolution.

Payments and Financial Transactions

All monetary transactions on Cartlex are securely processed through authorized payment gateways. Users agree to:

Authorize charges for the full cost of the product or service, including applicable delivery, VAT, and service fees;
Only use payment instruments legally owned by them or with express consent;
Understand that Cartlex is not liable for delays or issues caused by banks or third-party processors.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cartlex maintains clearly outlined refund and cancellation policies published at: Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Users must initiate refund or cancellation requests in accordance with the specific terms attached to the service module. Unauthorized reversals or external chargebacks may result in blacklisting and legal follow-up.

Dispatch and Delivery

All orders are fulfilled either by the vendor or assigned Cartlex Rider using the Cartlex Rider app. To avoid service disruption, users must:

Provide accurate delivery locations and contact numbers;
Remain accessible during estimated delivery windows;
Inspect packages promptly upon receipt and report discrepancies

Intellectual Property

The Cartlex name, logos, content structure, applications, and user interface designs are protected intellectual property owned by Limitlex Technologies. Any unauthorized use, duplication, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited and may attract legal prosecution.

Service Changes and Platform Integrity

Limitlex Technologies reserves the right to modify any part of the Cartlex platform for technical, legal, or business reasons. Where changes materially affect the user's rights or obligations, we will notify users via email or in-app messages.

Updated terms will be published at Terms and Conditions and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

Cartlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Product or service faults originating from third-party vendors;
Failed deliveries due to incorrect user input or unavailability;
Technical disruptions caused by service providers, weather, or governmental orders.

In all cases, Cartlex’s liability shall be limited to the actual value of the affected order or transaction.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By using the platform, users agree to resolve disputes in alignment with applicable Nigerian laws.
